страх., эк. тр., амер. проверка [тест\] на отсутствие дискриминации* (при оценке деятельности пенсионных планов или иных планов выплат работникам: ежегодная проверка, направленная на подтверждение соблюдения правил о недопущении дискриминации невысокооплачиваемых работников при охвате пенсионным планом и осуществлении взносов в план; оценка соответствия требованиям может осуществляться разными методами, напр., путем проверки процента фактически отложенных сумм или путем проверки процента фактических взносов; если при проверке выясняется, что план не удовлетворяет установленным требованиям в части недопущения дискриминации по величине взносов, то работодатель обязан предпринять действия по корректировке соотношения взносов в плане либо путем внесения дополнительных сумм, либо путем переведения части избыточных необязательных взносов высокооплачиваемых работников из категории "взносы из зарплаты до налогообложения" в категорию "взносы из зарплаты после налогообложения", либо путем возврата избыточных взносов высокооплачиваемым работникам)Syn:See:Англо-русский экономический словарь > nondiscrimination test
